What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting directly to an Australia-based Director, you’ll be a key player in the Procurement team, driving supply chain excellence and precision. Your focus will be on optimizing stock flow and building thriving supplier partnerships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Negotiate high-value deals with suppliers to drive cost-efficiency and business growth
- Use Netstock to manage daily orders and maintain ideal stock levels for seamless sales
- Manage sourcing for non-stock items and coordinate payments for international purchases
- Cultivate strong, ongoing partnerships with vendors and maintain robust product databases
- Drive operational excellence through stock forecasting, stocktakes, and smooth invoice resolution
- Collaborate across sales, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure a harmonious workflow
What You’ll Bring
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated background in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar strategic sourcing role
- Technical Proficiency: High level of proficiency in time management and computer skills, with a solid grasp of Microsoft Office
- Analytical Mindset: Sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities to navigate supply chain discrepancies
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work both autonomously and as a proactive team member
- Certifications: Possession of a 3MAC Certificate
